Having completed a photo shoot for the new product range, including lifestyle and pack shots, our brief was to create a press launch item to be sent as an invitation to all media.

Our design was a custom made box containing a full product resting in satin. As the hinged box was opened it lifted the bottle up out of the satin so that it appeared to float out - lighter than air.

With three beautiful white feathers in the box, the whole impression on opening it was one of lightness, to key in with the product quality of being in incredibly 'light-feeling' sun lotion.

The product information leaflet / press release was hot-spotted into the lid of the box.

Although the production required a reasonable investment, it had a strong impact and resulted in a high attendance by press - the launch was highly successful.
